When shipping to Canada you can recover some of the costs of product returns with an efficient Returns Management program. Intra Canada Consolidation

Under this program, your Canadian returns are sent to Purolator for consolidation. They are then returned to you weekly, monthly or as frequently as required.

E-Returns

The returns process for items shipping from USA to Canada can be further expedited through our E-Returns program. Via an easy-to-use electronic interface, print return labels to ship out with orders, email return labels to customers and schedule the pick-up of returns.
