Purolator collects and retains information about every shipment we make so that we can better provide you with the services and information necessary to make shipping the easiest part of your day. In connection with this Site, we only collect personal information when you voluntarily provide it to us, such as when you request information be sent to you, enter a sweepstakes, subscribe to our email distribution list or complete an online contact request form.

Access to Personal Information and Withdrawal of Consent
You may contact Purolator at 1-888-511-4811 or usa@purolator.com to request access to or correction or update of your personal information, In addition, you may call Purolator's call center at 1-888-SHIP-123 and request that your electronic signature for a specific waybill number be removed from our online Proof of Delivery systems.

You may withdraw consent to Purolator's collection and retention of your personal information at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.
