Press Release - Third Party Logistics Provider, Purolator USA, Achieves Indirect Air Carrier Certification

Jericho, N.Y. — August 15, 2005 — Third party logistics provider and cross-border trade specialist, Purolator USA, Inc., has relocated its national headquarters. The company is now based out of Jericho Plaza in Jericho, N.Y. The move is part of the company's overall expansion efforts in the United States.

In addition to providing ample space for its expanding US presence, the Jericho location will serve as a support center for the company's new billing and tracking system, PuroCon, which is scheduled to launch this fall. This system will enable Purolator USA to provide enhanced tracking and invoicing for LTL and TL shipments, the company's fastest growing product line.

Within the last year, Purolator USA has opened several new locations with the goal of facilitating trade between the US and Canada for its clients. Last fall, the company opened its first major induction center in the Northeast United States.

This operation, located in Newburgh, N.Y. at Stewart Air Force base (approximately 75 miles north of New York City), serves as the gateway for Purolator USA's northbound distribution business into Canada. The company has also opened two new regional sales offices this year, one in Irving, T.X. and the other in Doylestown, P.A. Both areas represent high concentrations of cross-border trade.
