5) How can I track my shipments?

Each one of your shipments can be fully tracked within the Purolator system once it has entered a Canadian induction point. Shipments may be tracked online, via our 1-888-SHIP-123 telephone number, or with a Purolator Shipping System.

Multiple requests for tracking packages can be done easily by sending an email to track@purolator.com or suivi@purolator.com. Type each PIN number (parcel identification number) on a separate line. Each line represents a PIN. No subject text is required.

6) What options are available for processing my shipments?

We offer customers a number of automated solutions for processing their shipments. These include stand-alone systems, the Purolator's Shipping System (PSS), or we can work with your internal systems, or a 3rd party service provider.

7) Is there a minimum volume of packages I need to benefit from Purolator USA's services?

Many of our clients benefit from consolidating their Canada bound shipments via our Canada LTL trucking service.
