Marketing Lead Generation/Client Acquisition Specialist-Jericho, NY

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the company’s lead capture, tracking and analysis infrastructure
  • Collaborate with the Sales organization to define lead management process to assure smooth lead hand-off to inside sales/account executives for lead qualification, transfer of qualified leads to field sales for direct engagement, and closed loop feedback to marketing on lead quality and outcomes.
  • Develop the company’s annual demand generation plan, determining the appropriate mix of marketing programs, including search engine, email, direct mail, web seminars, trade shows, customer programs, etc.
  • Develop programs to expand opt-in database of prospects for on-going marketing.
  • Develop lead generation programs that stimulate inbound inquiries and prospect activity sufficient to warrant inside sales follow-up.
  • Uncover new opportunities to expand business with existing customers and programs to reach out to these customers.
  • Execute all areas of demand generation, including integrated campaign tactics such as direct mail, email, telemarketing, web promotion, newsletters, seminars, webinars and tradeshows.
  • Manage and coordinate external specialists and internal sales and marketing resources to plan, execute, and track campaigns.
  • Measure program effectiveness and design refinements to improve results.
Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years experience in B2B marketing
  • Extensive experience working with CRM programs such as Gold Mine & automated lead generated programs such as Eloqua a plus
  • BA/BS in business, marketing, communications or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Well-organized and disciplined planner with sound judgment, thinking and vision, and the proven ability to implement that vision tactically
  • Ability to work in a high growth environment and to concurrently build/develop infrastructure, and manage resources and processes
