Client Relations Representative - LAX
Purolator USA is currently looking for a Client Relations Representative, to join the growing team in the LAX, Los Angeles, California Area.
Responsible for maintaining and supporting customer needs and requirements in a
designated geographical area. Serves as the primary point of contact for
designated customers - insures customer's needs are addressed in a timely
fashion and that consistent contact is maintained on a regular schedule.
Responsibilities
:

Responsible
for developing long-term partnerships with current customers and serves as
the face of Purolator to the customers.

Responsible
for developing relationships with key personnel in the distribution,
finance, account and customer service areas for each customer in their
territory.
-
Properly
set up accounts internally.
-
Liaison
with counterparts in sales and operations to seamlessly implement new
accounts and ensure that the customer has relevant Purolator contact
information.
-
Keeps
records and creates reports on all phases of activities for customers and
internal departments.
-
Handles
all customer service related issues presented by the sales team (i.e.:
service failures, operational changes or problems, shipment status
inquiries (track & trace), pre-print supplies, service information,
scheduling pick-ups, corrections on shipments & returns).

Interacts
with warehouse personnel and Service Quality to ensure that all client
shipments are moving.

Preparation
and implementation of special customer services on demand as identified by
the Sales team or customer (i.e.: service performance surveys, special
customer communication, etc.)

Special
projects or customer requests as needed

Additional
responsibilities as identified by management.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
with 3 - 5 years customer service experience. Transportation or
Freight Forwarding experience a plus.

Exceptional
Organizational Skills a must.

Proven
track record of strong Customer Relationship Building Skills

Exceptional
Communication skills, both oral and written, a must

Ability
to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Ability
to strategically orchestrate many resources
-
Identify,
address and resolve challenges in a forthright manner

Proficient
in MS Office a must.
